Hydro-Hybrids will supply and install on board Hydrogen generators to your vehicle reducing your fuel bill and reducing nasty greenhouse emissions to virtually zero.

The hydrogen fuel cells work by using electrolysis to generate oxygen and hydrogen gas from distilled water. This gas is then fed into the air intake of your engine in order to optimise the fuel combustion process and improve your engine’s thermal efficiency. The system will work on all internal combustion engines regardless of fuel type. It is an after-market device – it is added on to your engine and there is no need to mechanically or electronically alter your vehicle.

There are a number of efficiency and driving experience gains from this technology:

Firstly, the optimized fuel combustion process means that you get more miles per gallon for your money. You can expect between 10%-40% improvement depending on the make and model of your car, the driving style and journey type. With the rising cost of fuel, this is a very attractive selling point.

Secondly, the optimized fuel combustion process means that the emissions are virtually zero – carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrous-oxides and other hydro-carbons are dramatically reduced, and in effect what comes out of your exhaust is water vapour.

Finally, because of the reduction in particles, your engine will be cleaner and parts such as the Diesel particulate filter (DPF) and exhaust gas recirculation valves (EGR) will require less maintenance.
